2021 has taught us a lot about the importance of good health.  And the lesson is especially glaring during Christmas time.  I see clients sitting across from me lamenting the dramatic changes in their lives following their work injury.   "I can't lift my toddler", "my wife has to carry my groceries to the car for me", “life just isn’t the same...”

This holiday season, when you're wondering what's in that box with your name on it under the tree, remember the most important gift that most of us continue to receive every single day......good health!  Nurture it, appreciate it, revel in it.  It's not always guaranteed.
