How many times a day do you interact with someone without looking them in the eye and acknowledging them? At the grocery checkout, in the Uber, at the restaurant, at the gas station, at the rental counter?

When we see each other we connect. We make each other feel appreciated and respected.  Today I challenge you to take a second and see the people around you.  Say hi, look them in the eye and mean it. It’s such an easy thing to do but also such a powerful way to show each other that we all matter!
