ART

I’ve been told that I am an artist in a lawyer’s body.  And I don’t deny that my love of dance, music, theater, and writing is apparent.  But in my experience, so many fields which we think of as hard science are also about art. Yes, good lawyering requires education, knowledge, and experience, but it also embodies many things from the creative world:

• the art of persuasion

• The art of organization

• The art of creative and formal writing

• The art of vision

And so it goes that even right brain thinkers have much to offer in the sometimes stuffy halls of our courthouses.  There are many kinds of lawyers, but the best ones bring their unique talents and backgrounds as tools to win for their clients!
