Evolution

An opposing counsel and longtime friend sat in my office.  He looked at me and said:

“Do you remember when the law was......”

Yes I do.

Over decades of practice it’s the one constant.  Laws, appellate decisions, and regulations are ever changing.  I am constantly updating my legal library, references, checklists,, and attending classes in order to better serve my clients.

In the law field, the only way to remain effective is to evolve with the law.
